Refund: if KDP rejects a problem we fixed, full refund.

What’s covered

If KDP rejects your book (or its Print Previewer flags it) for a problem our fix addressed — content outside margins, gutter, page size or odd page count — or for a spine/cover size problem on a cover we built, we refund the full purchase price.

Also refunded: duplicate payments for the same book, and purchases where the files couldn’t be generated in your browser and we couldn’t help you get them.

What isn’t

Problems the check reports as “Can’t fix” or “Not checked” (for example non-embedded fonts or low-resolution images), content or rights issues, and changes you made to the files after download.

How to ask

Email hello@formatpaperback.com within 30 days of purchase with the email on your Stripe receipt (or the order id) and KDP’s message or a screenshot. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
